The vast majority of our clients see their first changes within the first cycle from activation. If you don't see changes made in the first 90 days, you'll get a FULL REFUND. That's how confident we are in our ability to help repair your credit.
How It Works ?
Using our experience and consumer protection laws such as the FCRA, FDCPA, FACTA & the FCBA we create and mail a custom dispute letters to each of the 3 major credit bureaus disputing erroneous/negative items on your credit report. Under Federal Law the credit bureaus are required to investigate on those disputed items with in 30 days. Each bureau is required to investigate each item by contacting the source that reported it.
In most cases, creditors and collectors have 30 days to complete their investigations and send the results. You will receive various responses which must be forwarded to us. Based on your individual situation and responses from previous disputes, we will identify possible law violations and if warranted, we will file complaints with the state attorney general, FTC and BBB.
You will receive updated credit reports approximately 30 to 45 days later from each of the 3 credit bureaus. We will review the responses, and determine what is the next course of action will be. Its important that you and us be on the same page at every step.

Deleting negative credit items off of your credit report on your own is not impossible. If you know what chain of tasks to perform, you could do it yourself! But if you are serious about removing negative credit items, there are specific strategies that must be followed to achieve quick results- and not damage your credit further! The list of procedures is long and time consuming, but not impossible to achieve; if you know who to contact, what department to call at what bureau, what internet site to dispute from, what confirmation number to put where, what documentation to send to what address and a list of many other items you could complete the tasks on your own! (Don’t forget this must be repeated over again for more recent, stubborn items!) The task of deleting negative items from your credit report is a time consuming task and you could get frustrated with marginal results, at worse you could accidentally cause a bigger problem by establishing worse remarks on your credit report.
